We are doing face to face appointments, however they are limited.

We prefer phone consults if possible.

Please be on time for your appointment, do not come early.

One support person only to come with the patient if possible.

Order prescriptions through Manage My Health portal, or leave a message on the nurse phone extension line.

Nurses phone is message only so please feel free to leave them a message if you are waiting on results, she will ring you back when she can.

Please don't take offence when we ask you to prepay for your appointment.

Phone consults can be paid for via on-line banking, or in person at reception, we will send you an invoice.
